Job description

TR Miller Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is a fast-growing company, and we're looking for full-time Plumbers who genuinely care about the customer and look at this opportunity as not just a job, but a career. Our Plumbers are responsible for helping our customers keep their plumbing systems in great shape.


Job Responsibilities

  • Run 3-4 maintenance and/or service calls daily
  • Be professional and authentic when working with our customers
  • Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
  • Maintain communication with the team
  • Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose residential plumbing equipment
  • Install any and all plumbing needs per field supervisor
  • Rod branch and drain lines cleanly and safely
  • Offer solutions based on our customer's needs

Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $30-50 per hour, $70,000-150,000 yearly
  • Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday
  • No on call - Work life balance is a priority, and our Plumbers do not have on call rotations

Job requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a collaborative and customer-service-focused work style
  • Willingness to work in a team environment
  • Rodding experience
  • Experience with basic plumbing systems in the home
  • 2-3 years minimum experience in service plumbing
